The film tells the story of actors of the Polski Theatre in Wrocław, who have been struggling with the institution's new director for over a year. It focuses on five heroes faced with being dismissed from a workplace to which they have been dedicated for the years. Instead of acting on stage, they now spend their time protesting in the streets. The state of constant rebellion also affected their personal lives. It turns out that the Polski Theatre in Wrocław is not the only cultural institution in Poland that has to face a similar problem.
